NOTICE OF BID OPENING MEETING

PURPOSE:                  BID OPENING FOR BID NC16-030, ENGINEERING   SERVICES LOI AND SOQ_CR115 WIDENING AND RESURFACING; AND NC17-001 MEZZANINE SECURITY FENCING.  



ATTENDEES:            DAVID PENSANTE, PROCUREMENT MANAGER; AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CLERK’S OFFICE, REPRESENTING JOHN A. CRAWFORD, CLERK OF COURTS.





PURSUANT TO §255.0518 AND §286.011, FLORIDA STATUTES, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HAS DELEGATED THE AUTHORITY TO THE COUNTY’S PROCUREMENT MANAGER TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC MEETING TO OPEN BIDS FOR _NC16-030 AND NC17-001 ON _MARCH 1, 2017, AT _10:00 A.M. AT THE ABOVE REFERENCED LOCATION.   THE BIDS WILL BE OPENED BUT NO DECISION WILL BE MADE AT THE MEETING.



            The public is invited to be present and be heard.
